Production processes from raw material preparation, feeding, reaction control, filtration, centrifugal dewatering, material transport, drying, all the way to product packaging, metal detection, and palletizing have been automated to ensure production safety and quality consistency. Advanced DCS and SIS systems are used for production control. ABB robot arms are used for palletizing. German online infrared equipment is used for water content tests. MetalDetector is used for auto-packaging lines.

The company has advanced R&D Center and Testing Center. R&D center is staffed with dedicated research and development personnel. Testing Center has a series of advanced testing equipment boasting a gas-liquid chromatographer imported from Japan, making it possible to monitor and control the full production process from raw materials, semi-finished products, to finished products.
