         one. Tackifier   


         Tackifiers are processing aids used to increase the self-adhesiveness of rubber. The self-adhesiveness of rubber will affect the roll-wrapping properties of the rubber compound, thereby affecting the dispersion of the compounding agent, the strength of the rubber compound, the continuity of the extrusion process and the blistering property. Proper viscosity is also conducive to improving the stiffness of the rubber compound.

The commonly used tackifiers in my country mainly include petroleum resin GM2100, octyl phenol resin (203 resin), tert-butyl phenol resin (204 resin) and p-tert-butyl phenol acetylene resin (Koresin resin). Modified tert-butyl phenolic resin (HY-2006 resin) is a modified product based on 204 resin. It has better adhesion and humidity resistance and can replace Koresin resin.


        2. Plasticizer


        Plasticizers are processing aids that can improve the processing properties of polymers and increase their flexibility or tensile properties. According to its mechanism of action, it can be divided into two categories: physical plasticizers and chemical plasticizers. Traditionally, physical plasticizers are called softeners, and chemical plasticizers are called peptizers. Synthetic rubber mainly uses physical plasticizers. After the mass production of radial tires, plasticizer A has been widely used in China. It can dissolve in rubber uniformly, make the fillers mix in quickly, shorten the mixing time of rubber materials, and have obvious plasticizing effect.


        Petroleum-based process oil is another physical plasticizer commonly used in rubber processing. High-aromatic oils are banned by the European Union because of the risk of cancer-causing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.


        3. Homogenizer


        The main function of the homogenizer is to solve the problem of blending polymers of different polarities and different viscosities. The leveling agent is mostly used in the inner liner and vulcanization bladder. With the improvement of the radial tire structure, the amount of bromobutyl rubber (BIIR) will increase, which adds a lot of difficulties to the rubber processing, such as vulcanized rubber and The adhesive force of unvulcanized rubber is small, and air trapping occurs during the calendering process. At present, the imported homogenizing agent TNB88, UB4000 and 40MSF are mainly used in the inner liner adhesive. Replacing all or part of the operating oil with the homogenizer 40MS (F) can improve the processing safety, flex resistance, adhesion and heat aging properties of the rubber compound. The use of a leveling agent in the tread rubber can play a lubricating effect, reduce the Mooney viscosity of the rubber compound, and improve the wear resistance of the finished tire; increase the rubber extrusion speed, lower the extrusion temperature, and reduce the edge and pores of the extruded tread. Reduce processing costs.


        4. Dispersant


        The main function of the dispersant is to improve the dispersion of carbon black and other compounding agents in the rubber compound. The dispersant generally acts as internal lubrication in the rubber mixing process, which can reduce the internal friction between the rubber macromolecular chains, reduce the viscosity of the rubber compound, promote the dispersion of carbon black and other compounding agents, and improve the uniformity and processing of the rubber compound. Performance, the mixing time and energy consumption are reduced, and the dispersion of the filler is accelerated. With the continuous development of the tire industry, the amount of synthetic rubber has gradually increased, and the amount of carbon black has increased. These factors have brought inconvenience to rubber processing, so the application of dispersants has become inevitable. Substances with dispersing effect include fatty acids, metal fatty acid salts, fatty acid esters, condensation products of fatty acids and macromolecular fatty acid esters and their mixtures with metal soaps.
