Its trading arm, Henan Connect Rubber Chemical Limited is located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, capital city of Henan and the central hub of the heartland of China. 

Our main products are green rubber accelerators NOBS(MBS,OBTS,MOR,NBS)、CBS、TBBS、DCBS、MBT、MBTS、ZMBT、ZDBC、ZDEC、ZBEC、DPG and so on. The company’s rubber accelerator NOBS annual throughput is 6000 tons, CBS annual throughput is 6000 tons, TBBS annual throughput is 5000 tons, the others annual throughput is 5000 tons. Our production line is highly automated. Production processes from raw material preparation, feeding, reaction control, filtration, centrifugal dewatering, material transport, drying, all the way to product packaging, metal detection, and palletizing have been automated to ensure production safety and quality consistency.It has won our customers ‘approval and satisfaction from the global tyre, latex and other rubber goods industries for over ten years. 

Plant Environment:

The overall design of the plant follows the national petrochemical plant standards.The company’s high standard R&D and testing center covers 1000 square meters, Class A chemical workshop takes 2000 square meters, warehouses measures 1600 square meters, and tank volume adds up to 1000 cubic meters. The plant planned the second phase expansion of production workshops with a total area of 3000 square meters.

R & D Center:

The company has advanced R&D Center and Testing Center. R&D center is staffed with dedicated research and development personnel. The company is also in cooperation with Qingdao University of Science and Technology and has jointly set up an Industry-Academia-Research Base, a professor's studio, and a university student’s internship base. These efforts have helped obtain a total of over 10 patents and have laid a solid foundation for further scientific and technological innovations. Testing Center has a series of advanced testing equipment boasting a gas-liquid chromatographer imported from Japan, making it possible to monitor and control the full production process from raw materials, semi-finished products, to finished products.
